Description

Under a low magnification, this micrograph shows the histopathologic changes seen in human skin biopsy specimen due to Kaposi's sarcoma. Of importance is the normal appearance of the most superficial epidermal layer on the far left, which was overlying the dermal layer, which contained a cellular infiltrate, and a proliferation of vascular elements.
