A map used in a variant study of the household transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in San Diego, CA. The map has colored pins placed in the zip code where households were sampled and was displayed for reference in the conference room to be used by researchers and COVID-19 pandemic response deployers, specifically Team CA-17.
