“Minutes of the Meetings of the Interdepartmental Committee on Pest Control,” notes from a meeting which consisted of representatives from the Departments of Agriculture, Interior, Navy and War, and the Federal Security Agency (precursor to the Department of Health, Education and Welfare). Held on March 13th, 1946, in the U.S. Department of Agriculture Building.
