RE: Prevention of AIDS and HTLV-II/LAV Infection.

Proposed communication to all State and Territorial Health Officers on AIDS related questions, the letter outlines 6 reasons and then suggests discouraging the establishment of continued operation of informal site which facilitate the sharing of needles and paraphernalia by IV drug users.
