Description
Dr. Kimberly A. Lindblade, epidemiologist and influenza program director for the CDC office in Thailand, briefly reviews her career and then details her work in response to the 2013-16 West African Ebola epidemic with the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. From October to December 2014, Dr. Lindblade served as a field epidemiologist and county team lead for CDC in Gbarnga and Monrovia, Liberia. From February to March 2015, she served as CDC team lead for the Western Area of Sierra Leone. And from June to July 2015, Dr. Lindblade served as CDC epidemiology team lead for Guinea.
