Description
Ruskin Kaibanja, general services manager for the Liberia office of the US Peace Corps, provides some personal history and describes his work during the 2014-16 Ebola epidemic. Kaibanja managed a fleet of vehicles used by Peace Corps and CDC Ebola responders to traverse Liberia.
