Interview 1: Jeffrey L. Bryant, director of CDC’s Division of Emergency Operations, discusses his career leading up to his time at CDC, including his military service and his time with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
Interview 2: Jeffrey L. Bryant, director of CDC’s Division of Emergency Operations, describes his experiences during CDC’s 2014-16 Ebola response. Bryant acted as liaison to the US Department of Defense, and as leader of the DEO, oversaw the drawdown of CDC’s response efforts as the epidemic waned.
