Dr. Sarah D. Bennett, medical officer at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, discusses her several roles in CDC’s 2014-16 Ebola response in Sierra Leone. These included leading CDC’s infection prevention and control efforts, serving on the burial pillar of the national response, working as an epidemiologist, supporting international efforts from the Atlanta Emergency Operations Center, and several other roles.
