Description
Tony Masso, Operations Officer was assigned to Niger. Tony relates his impressions of Niger, working in the field and with Ministry of Health officials, cultural differences, and the greatest challenges and rewards of his time spent in Niger. Tony notes, "People who listen to these tapes or people who see what's been done should realize that it was accomplished by normal people under abnormal conditions, but with exceptional leadership and dedication on the part of everyone."
